Ihre Aufgaben

Sie unterstützen bei allen anfallenden Aufgaben im Recruiting-Prozess wie Bewerbungsmanagement, Terminvereinbarungen und Datenerfassung in unserem HR-System
Sie entwerfen, schalten und überwachen unsere Stellenanzeigen in enger Abstimmung mit den einzelnen Fachabteilungen
Sie bereiten Recruiting Events und Bewerbungsgespräche vor und nehmen an diesen teil
Sie recherchieren kontinuierlich Recruiting-Trends und -Kanäle und stehen im engen Austausch mit Drittanbietern und Recruiting-Dienstleistern (z. B. Personalvermittlungen)

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische oder vergleichbare Ausbildung oder einen Studienabschluss
Sie haben idealerweise bereits relevante Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position oder über Praktika gesammelt
Ihre Einsatzbereitschaft und Ihr Organisationsvermögen helfen Ihnen, auch in hektischen Zeiten einen kühlen Kopf zu bewahren
Sie sind sicher im Umgang mit allen gängigen MS Office-Anwendungen und bringen eine EDV-Affinität mit
Sie überzeugen mit Ihren ausgezeichneten Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in deutscher und englischer Sprache und einer ausgeprägten Dienstleistungsorientierung
Sie sind gut strukturiert, proaktiv, verlässlich, zielorientiert und belastbar
Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen, Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Loyalität und Flexibilität runden Ihr Profil ab

Your Tasks

You will support all tasks in the recruiting process such as application management, appointment setting and data entry in our HR system.
You will design, place and monitor our job advertisements in close coordination with the individual departments
You prepare and participate in recruiting events and interviews
You continuously research recruiting trends and channels and are in close contact with third-party providers and recruiting service providers (e.g. recruitment agencies)

Your Offer

You have successfully completed a commercial or comparable training or a university degree
Ideally, you have already gained relevant professional experience in a similar position or through internships
Your commitment and organizational skills help you to keep a cool head even in hectic times
You are confident in the use of all common MS Office applications and have an affinity for computers
You convince with your excellent communication skills in German and English and a distinct service orientation
You are well-structured, proactive, reliable, goal-oriented and able to work under pressure
You enjoy contact with people, have a sense of responsibility, are loyal and flexible
