Ihre Aufgaben

Betreuung und Durchführung von nationalen und internationalen M&A-Projekten (Buy-Side und Sell-Side) in verschiedenen Industriesektoren in direkter Zusammenarbeit mit dem Partner
Begleitung und Steuerung der entsprechenden Prozesse über die gesamte Transaktion von der Vorbereitung, Kontaktaufnahme über die Due Diligence bis hin zu (Vertrags-)Verhandlungen und Signing
Analyse von Branchen und Geschäftsmodellen, relevanten Wettbewerbern und potentiellen Investoren bzw. Targets
Erstellung von Business-, Merger- und LBO-Modellen sowie Bewertungs- und sonstigen Analysen in der Abwicklungsphase
Erstellung von Unternehmensanalysen, Exposés und Informationsmemoranden (Schwerpunkt Strategie)
Beratung und Begleitung der Klienten und Investoren sowie stetiger Auf- und Ausbau des eigenen Netzwerks zur Akquise von neuen Projekten

Ihr Profil

Mehrjährige Transaktionserfahrung im Bereich M&A/Investment Banking, Corporate M&A oder Private Equity
Einschlägige Kenntnisse in der strategischen Analyse und finanziellen Bewertung von Handlungsoptionen im Bereich M&A
Als unternehmerisch denkende und höchst ehrgeizige Persönlichkeit arbeiten Sie sich zügig in neue Aufgaben ein und sind in hohem Maße qualitäts- und erfolgsorientiert
Sie können Wettbewerbsumfelder und Geschäftsmodelle erfassen, komplexe Sachverhalte strukturiert aufbereiten sowie Strategieoptionen ableiten und haben ein tiefes Verständnis für das Zahlenwerk von Unternehmen
Sie sind in der Lage, Projekte eigenverantwortlich zu führen, Teams zu leiten und jüngere Mitarbeiter auszubilden
Kommunikationsstark (Deutsch/Englisch)

Your Tasks

Management and execution of national and international M&A projects (buy-side and sell-side) in various industry sectors in direct cooperation with the partner
Support and management of the relevant processes throughout the entire transaction, from preparation, contacting and due diligence to (contract) negotiations and signing
Analysis of industries and business models, relevant competitors and potential investors or targets
Preparation of M&A models (business, merger and LBO) as well as valuation and other analyses during the execution phase
Preparation of company analyses, exposés and information memoranda (focus on strategy)
Consultation and support of clients and investors as well as continuous development and expansion of your personal network for the acquisition of new projects

Your Offer

Degree (Bachelor or Master) in the field of economics/business law or finance or comparable qualification
Several years of transaction experience in the field of M&A/Investment Banking, Corporate M&A or Private Equity
Relevant knowledge in strategic analysis and financial evaluation of transaction options in the field of M&A
As an entrepreneurial and highly ambitious personality, you can quickly familiarize yourself with new tasks and pursue a high degree of quality and success orientation
You are able to grasp competitive environments and business models, prepare complex facts in a structured manner and derive strategy options and provide a deep understanding of company figures
You are capable of managing projects on your own responsibility, lead teams and train younger employees
Your excellent communication skills in fluent German and English (business level fluency) will make a decisive contribution to further strengthening TD Cowen's excellent reputation with our clients, partners and investors
