Ihre Aufgaben

Sorgfältige Analyse der Marktstellung und der Finanzplanung von Unternehmen, überwiegend im LBO-Kontext
Modellierung/Plausibilisierung von Business Plänen und Finanzierungsszenarien
Erstellung von Marketing- und Pitch-Präsentationen
Unterstützung beim Projektmanagement sowie bei administrativen Aufgaben
Kommunikation mit potenziellen Finanzierungsparteien und umfangreiche Aufbereitung bzw. Bereitstellung von Informationen für die entsprechenden Kreditprozesse
Mitwirkung bei der unabhängigen Beratung unserer Mandanten zu finanzierungsrelevanten Themen, insbesondere Akquisitionsfinanzierungen/LBOs, Refinanzierungen und Rekapitalisierungen

Ihr Profil

Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium (Bachelor oder Master) im Bereich der Wirtschaftswissenschaften oder einer anderen Studienrichtung mit wirtschaftswissenschaftlichem Schwerpunkt
Mindestens ein Jahr Berufserfahrung im Debt Advisory/M&A/Corporate Finance bzw. im Leveraged Finance, vorzugsweise durch Tätigkeiten bei einer Investmentbank bzw. Corporate Finance Beratung, einer führenden Bank bzw. im Private Debt oder anderen relevanten Unternehmen
Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und sehr sorgfältige Arbeitsweise (auch unter Zeitdruck)
Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und umfassende Kenntnisse in der Bilanzierung (HGB/IFRS)
Umfangreiche praktische Erfahrungen in der Finanzmodellierung mit Excel
Eigenständige Arbeitsweise, hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigenmotivation
Aufgeschlossene Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägtem Kommunikationstalent (Deutsch/Englisch)

Your Tasks

Careful analysis of the market position and financial projections of companies, predominantly in the context of leveraged buyouts
Modeling/plausibility check of business plans and financing scenarios
Preparation of marketing documents and pitch presentations
Support in project management and administrative tasks
Communication with potential financing parties and extensive preparation and/or provision of information for the respective credit approval processes
Involvement in providing independent advice to our clients on financing-related aspects, in particular acquisition financings/LBOs, refinancings and recapitalizations

Your Offer

Bachelor's or Master's degree in the field of economics or another field of study with an economic focus
At least one year of professional experience in debt advisory/M&A/corporate finance or leveraged finance, preferably by working in an investment bank or corporate finance boutique, a leading bank or in private debt or other relevant companies
Fast comprehension and very diligent working style (even on short deadlines)
Strong analytical skills and comprehensive knowledge of accounting (HGB/IFRS)
Extensive practical experience in financial modeling with Excel
Independent approach to work, high sense of responsibility and self-motivation
Outgoing personality with strong communication skills (German/English)
